   I am a little disappointed that many do not take the trouble to explain why   
   they give a particular answer. I certainly do not think it does the image of   
   science or scientists any favours not to at least point to a resource or   
   give a simple explanation of why they think as they do.   
      
   For myself, I read the info I can understand, ie, that which is not steeped   
   in such complex jargon or maths as to be a turn off, then formulate my own   
   ideas.   
      
   I seriously think that  we all need to bring science down to earth more, as   
   it were (pun intended), as the basic concepts should be explainable without   
   huge amounts of complexity.
