   I appreciate your dilemma: however, if someone is responding with 'complex   
   jargon' or maths then that is probably because it is required to answer the   
   question. If you can't understand the answer because of the complexity then   
   maybe just ask another question to get some clarification. If someone has   
   gone to the trouble of giving a complex answer they will most likely be   
   happy to explain a bit more. It's often difficult to tell what level the   
   question is coming from.   
      
   As for links for further reference, that's always a good suggestion. I note   
   that that already does happen quite often.
