   No way, not with Spitzer. Detectability of earth-sized planets is likely   
   several years away.   
      
   My guess is it's probably an extended dust disk roughly similar to the Kuiper   
   belt. That's the most likely candidate given Spitzer's sensitivities and   
   resolution.
