   True, but it's worth noting that the Russian EVA suits do not REQUIRE a   
   helper; they can be donned and doffed without aid (I believe there is a   
   strap and lever arrangement to do the job).  Like Henry said, a helper   
   is very useful, especially for the parts on back, and I'm sure they use   
   help any time it's available.
