   I am interested in getting a copy of the HAVE REGION project report.  I have   
   read that this work has been declassified.  Does anyone know a reference   
   number and how order this report?  If there is a FAQ on this, I will start   
   there.   
      
   I am also interested in the reports on aerospike engine studies by   
   Rocketdyne (sp?) and any reusable launch vehicle studies, there was one in   
   particular by Boeing I think.
