   Structural stress would limit you to far below this   
   value, of course.  The stored magnetic energy of any   
   coil system, which is proportional to the volume   
   integral of B^2, is limited (by the virial theorem)   
   to less than on the order of the volume of the material   
   of the coils (or supports) times the tensile strength.
