   Well, the big difference is that that Titan is out of production, there   
   are only one or two left, and when they're gone the program is over.

   Otherwise...  The Delta IV Heavy is broadly comparable to the Titan IV (as   
   is the Atlas V Heavy) in capabilities, and has the modest advantages of   
   being all-liquid-fuel and not using toxic fuels.
