   I believe the TPS's solar sail project for March 2005 is the first one to a/   
   demonstrate full controllability and steering and b/ beamed microwave power   
   from Earth to augment thrust- if it proves successful, that is!   
    Certainly a major enterprise for a subscription funded space interest   
   group!
