   Say shielding 90% of radiation was possible by using magnets. Would it then   
   be possible to go and do what ever me wanted using the ISS.?   
      
   Assuming it was fully equipped and it could then be done at a pace and all   
   the new cup and coming water reprocessing systems are put in place.?   
      
   How much would radiation shielding help the future of things?
