   I don't know enough about the ISS electronics for a definite answer, but   
   an off-the-cuff guess would be the star trackers used for attitude sensing   
   and control.  (Image sensors tend to be rad-soft; I'm told that the CCD in   
   Galileo's imager sat in the middle of a block of tantalum, looking through   
   an inch-thick slab of fused silica.)
