   Which begs the question.. What happens to *valve* electronics in a similar   
   situation?  Do you still have the same problem or does it go away with   
   increasing component size (eg. discrete transistors)?   
      
   Perhaps there is an optimum component size/material that isn't affected like   
   the current batch of silicon components is... Or something completely   
   different, like photonics?
