   I'm ignoring the fact that you "discovered" this principle in a movie.   
      
   Let's get to the point.  This won't work.  Anyone with a basic understanding   
   of physics knows this.   
      
   Unless, of course, you're talking about letting go of some of the mass while   
   you're spinning.  If you do this, the mass you let go will fly one way, and   
   you'll fly the other.  But this could hardly be called "propellantless   
   propulsion", so I am assuming this isn't what you mean.
