   Commercial ones usually come ready filled, the local off-licence or   
   overseas equivalent may be a better bet. From memory though they use a   
   bigger cartridge, about 2.5" by 1" diameter. "Sparklets bulbs" is   
   ringing a vague bell for a brand name...
