   Phobos will probably be an invaluable source of fuel and water in Low Mars   
   Orbit, but I doubt if there'd be much market for shipping it down to the   
   surface of Mars, as there are volatiles already available there.

   Maybe, but I strongly suspect that some NEO would be able to undersell you.   
   Phobos has a gravity field comparable to an asteroid, but remember that it   
   is embedded deep in a planetary gravity well.
