   What does it need apart from a slice of a disk? Access rights to the server,   
   own domain, database?   
      
   The easiest may be to collect bottles to fund a cheap site at a web hotel.   
      
   My teenage son runs one for his counter-strike clan. He pays EUR 12.50 for   
   300 MB storage, with unlimited traffic, unlimited email and database support   
   (MySQL/php4).   
      
   I could not put a box up cheaper - the electricity alone would cost more.
