   Have you considered asking ibiblio.org to host it? I would think that the   
   Nuclear Weapons Archive would be exactly the kind of thing that they're   
   intended to host, and 1-1.5 GB per day is a drop in the bucket for a site   
   that mirrors multiple Linux distributions. They'd also be a good choice   
   because they should be stable and not require you to go looking for   
   another host in the near future.
