   The applications of this technology are limitless! Imagine that a man   
   suddenly had an urge to think for themselves rather than just blindly   
   believing government releases. Well, studies have shown that 2/3 of men   
   would rather have a big-asses electric shock rather than have to think   
   and these chips can supply the shock!   
      
   Even better what if a die-hard socialist lefty Liberal gets an   
   unexplained urge to vote for Jeb Bush rather than Hillary. Once again   
   this new technology can both detect and correct the mental aberration!
