Hi,   
      
   I need to prepare standard solution of chlorine for ORP electrode calibration,   
   but don't want to use conventional methods, for example iodometry.   
      
   I'm thinking to to prepare a solution of chlorine with known concentration   
   using coulometry of HCl solution.   
      
   Could someone give any hints how to do this easily?   
      
   Any other suggestions?
