   Sadly, the (AmazonS3) server says it's:   
     "Content-Type: text/html".   
      
   My software ( Jeff-Relf.Me/X.ZIP ) downloads it fine,   
   because it ignores the "Content-Type: text/html" line.   
      
   "wget" will download it.
