   What is the point in asking this on a 20+ year old thread?  Make a lot more   
   sense to start your own.   
      
   Easiest thing to do, depending on the water volume, is to bubble some nitrogen   
   or other cheap gas that you can tolerate through it.  The excess gas will   
   strip oxygen from the water.   
      
   Or, you could try vacuum distillation.
