   I don't know any details but would assume that fish are farmed like any   
   other animal.  The bulk would go for food but there would be a lot of   
   leftovers like heads and scales and guts that could be put to other   
   uses.  Probably like they say about pigs, everything is used but the oink.   
      
   I did a little regulatory work many years ago on an artificial crab bait   
   made from plastics and fish meal.
