   That is the whole problem with it.  The holding tank greens right up, but   
   these contaminants poison the target crops...

   Not unless there is a baseball field right next door... Build It, and They   
   Will Come...   
      
   Plus too much water lost due to infiltration and evaporation.  And wasted land.
