Best is to combine, or to use subsequently,

For the latter, start with warm detergent cleaner,
followed by alkaline cleaner, that causes hydrolysis
   of fat like sybstances
   like
      washing sode ( milder )
or sodium hydroxide ( stronger, use gloves !! )

If combined, try to use detergent with mostly anionic surfactants,
or use the ready tu use mixture.
