   1/ Buy it.   
      
   2/ There are tables for laboratory buffer preparation. Look for it   
     in a good library or internet if you find it.   
      
   3/ Prepare it from dissolved 150 mM NaCl   
      and 50 mM in near 1 L of water   
      AND adjusting the pH by concentrated solution of sodium hydroxide   
      with help of calibrated pH meter.
