   As a calcium salt of fatty acids, being a calcium soap, it is   
    more polar than hydrocarbon-based grease.   
      
   So non polar solvents do not provide much success and medium   
    polar ones can violate the plastics. High polar solvents like   
    rubbing alcohol may not be successful to dissolve it   
    either.   
      
   What about to give up dissolving and trying some Less viscous   
    emulsion ?
