The shape of my pool is similar to what's on the Korean's flag, the
yin-yang, only half of it, of course, and the tail is cut off. I have
searched the net trying to figure out how to calculate the volume of
such a pool but couldn't find it.

I just arbitrarily add some amount of hypochlorite to the pool. Only one
person uses the pool occasionally. I figure as long as I keep the mold
   from growing, it's OK.
