From: golden@guy.com              Hi, after some tap water destillation the flask have a frosty-dirty finish,       maybe fluor or...? the contact with fingers is feel like something "negative"       adhered to the interior surface, very thin but something is here. I put a bit       of       HCL after every disti. and the limes also adhered are removed but this frost       not.       I read a combination of HF + HNO3 return the glass to water clear. Is this ok?       what measures? 1 part of HF and 3 of HNO3? or a random mix work ok?              TIA              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
