   On the label of any bottle of booze, beer, or wine, is printed   
   the alcohol content, as percentage.   How is this measured?   
      
   And, why is it defined by volume?  Chemistry involves   
   interactions of molecules - matter - not volume.  Shouldn't   
   the alcohol content be presented as percentage of weight?
