   Use a razor knife to cut away the cured adhesive, being careful not to cut   
   your self or your shoe. If you can get the adhesive thin enough it will be   
   weaker than the material of your shoe and you can then simply pull it apart.   
   After you get your glued    
   pieces apart use a coarse sandpaper to continue the removal of the glue. Or   
   throw the shoes away and buy new ones.
