   drawn battery chemistry at the other areas of the electrode or anode, think of   
   a battery electrode like an anode that looks like a starlight mint, different   
   sectors could be on normal power draw, different sectors could be not on   
   circuit power draw, and    
   other sectors could be receiving opposite polarity electricity for nanoseconds   
   to microseconds to disrupt the passivation layer/ordered ion layer, this could   
   be as cheap as a 1ยข semiconductor to do the custom power switching at a   
   starlight mint anode,    
   it is remotely possible the starlight mint, or starlight mint rod electrode or   
   anode could actually be made with a fimo millifiore like process   
      
   One very simple battery technology i have not heard of is just having a metal

   beads, it seems like there is a cheap to make different anode shape like   
   spheres on a conductive wire
