   I ended up using hose-clip (jesus clip) pliers.   
   The kind that push outward when you squeeze the plier handles.   
   Luckily the aluminum screw was not in tightly.   
   It came right out.   
      
   I was more worried about being electrocuted so I shut down the whole home.
