   The Switch version manages to somehow get 60fps, but is known to be super   
   unstable and crashes quite a lot. The only requirement for an internet   
   connection is to download the rest of the game; it doesn't operate like a   
   cloud game. However, it and ARMS (   
   someone else mentioned that to me) is able to utilize rollback netcode with no   
   issues related to hardware...   
      
    ModdedInkling Ahh, okay then. I could have sworn the internet was needed for   
   something other than just downloading updates with MK11. Still, if it's   
   unstable & crashes a lot, it kind of seems like it negates the benefit of   
   having rollback netcode if it    
   doesn't really run that well, otherwise.
