   The only thing that matters is the Earth radiative balance.   
      
   GH gases decrease Earth radiation to space on affected wavelengths,   
   because they are cold.   
      
   Similarly  clothes decrease the  body heat loses, because the   
    cloth surface is colder than the body surface.
