   How long you figure it would have taken for this iceberg to melt if it had   
   stayed in water below 32F?   
      
   Annual ice cap is much different than the glacier ice, and can have salt in   
   it. Meaning it will melt at temperature below 32F.   
      
   The temperature of the water around Antarctica is soley determined by the   
   salinity of the water.
