   The graph actually does give units. It shows that the additional heat   
   from the sun over the last century is around 0.5 Watt per meter   
   squared. Averaged over the earth's surface, that's about 0.1. CO2 rise   
   over the same period is >2 W/m^2. That's 20 times as much.
