   Of course all met and science organisations agree temperatures are   
   increasing across the world.   
      
   It's only the backyard operations that either don't know how to calculate   
   a trend or are paid for PR copy by fossil companies   
   that gets any different answer.   
      
   For some reason kooks tend to call out NOAA -- a section of   
   the US Dept of Commerce -- for their sticks. If their weather data   
   was "forged" the nation's farmers would be up in arms because   
   correct weather information is usually critical to running   
   a successful ag bidness. Not that any hillbilly would know what   
   that is.
