   An independent and objective review of the NOAA data used as input to the   
   NOAA/NASA Annual Global Analysis for 2019 reveals that temperatures have   
   been on a cooling trend over the past five years 2015 to 2019. The case   
   against NASA is that Its reporting of Climate Science data is unbalanced. It   
   shows a bias towards only reporting results that support one climate   
   hypothesis, while refraining from publishing results that deviate.
