   The World Bank numbers show the percent of elec that is renewable
   is following the ups and downs of atm CO2. Not so much that
   CO2 controls the percentage but investors and the market generally
   are forcing a change-over.

   The s/w I use finds co2 lagged by 10y is the "best explanation"
   with the model:

   (AUTO CORR CORRECTION; estimated rho = 0.792900)
   y = 0.0812681*exp(0.0144743*x)
   Doubling Rate 47.89
   beta in 0.0144743 +- 0.00326558  90% CI
   P(beta>0.000000) = 0.999999 (T test)
   r2 = 0.8132

   OTOH the renewable numbers are the best explanation for
   N Hem land temps 10y down the track.

   (No auto corr)
   y = -7.11599*log(x) + 21.2025
   beta in -7.11599 +- 0.689813
   P(beta<0.000000) = 1.000000
   r2 = 0.968945

   IOW greater percent of renewable power translates
   to stat sig reduction in at least NH land temps. :)
