The NOAA has updated its NOAATEMP data series to the end of Feb 2021.

The Agency found the global temp was only .31C above their baseline
period (approx the 1980s avg temps) ranking Feb as the 16th warmest
   since 1880.

Despite a La Nina that is expected to last until midyear the N
temp-zone oceans saw an avg surf temp of +.74C above normal for the
month, ranking 2nd-warmest on record. The S temp-zone ocean surf was
close behind at +.25C above normal for region, ranking 6th-warmest on record.

The warmest regions were (surprise) the No Po ocean at +.95C above the
   baseline and N temp-zone land at +.90C ranking 26th and 16th warmest
   in the last 142 years.

But heat across No Po land was lacking, plummeting the region to an
overall temp of -.56C relative to the 1980s baseline ranking 85th out
of 144 in the warmest Feb stakes.
