|    [Web Feed] Statistical analysis    |

From: feed.supplier@somewhere.cbr              Hello. I am currently doing a undergrad thesis and have been going mad about       few statistical analysis issues. So my focus is macroinvertebrates. I will be       using data from 2016-2019 and my own field work data and show interannual       variation of functional        group and diversity. I have 4 sites so i will be showing variation in each       site over the years in months of nov-jan              I have thought of including: Taxa richness Taxa abundance Richness of each       functional group Shannon weiner index Coefficient variation for each richness       and abundace to show variation of bioassesments in each year RDA to determine       impact of hydrological        and physicochemical parameters on taxa abundanxe and functional group richness.              I was also thinking of finding the average increase in temperature of the       water and determining the impact of temperature on biological trait. But idk       which statistical approach i should be taking.              Are these enough? Please give me any suggestions or if not that just links to       appropriate materials.
