   All Danish kids knew it when I was a child. I'm not sure how it is   
   today. The Danish text translated into English is:   
      
     	Master Jakob, Master Jakob.   
     	Do you sleep? Do you sleep?   
     	Don't you hear the bell? Don't you hear the bell?   
     	Ding dang dong. Ding dang dong.   
      
   The rhythm is perfect in Danish.
