   You can see, that this picture was painted extremely well by a very good   
   illustrator.   
      
   This requires some skill, which you can only aquirre by extensive practice.   
      
   For instance this aquarell shows no signs of error in the realms of   
   perspective, shape or colour.   
      
   This is actually not easy.   
      
   Also the building itself is not easy to draw.   
      
   So, in effect this picture is way beyond the level of skills Hitler had   
   shown on previous pirctures, like e.g. this one:

   Wrong, because you meant the actuall painter with 'great artist'.   
      
   But you failed to prove, that this artist was actually Hitler.   
      
   This is so, because often an artist puts his name under what he had not   
   created.
