   Right. A 'clock' is anything that moves   
   in accordance with the laws of nature,   
   and anything that moves in accordance with the laws of nature   
   can be used as a clock.   
   (but some can be read more accurately than others)   
      
   GPS clocks certainly obey the laws of nature,   
   which makes them clocks.   
   Wozzy misinterpreting their readings doesn't change any of that,
