Constant velocities are NOT what the _theories_ of relativity are about.
That is just a simplifying assumption to make the explanation easier
   *for beginners and laypeople*.

Most importantly, special relativity *can* describe accelerated motion:

And general relativity, experimentally very well confirmed, too, is based on
the Einstein equivalence principle according to which constant acceleration
is locally (in the assumed absence of tidal forces) indistinguishable from
   gravitation.

Also, the expansion of our universe is thought to be accelerated due to a
   phenomenon called "Dark Energy".

   > Yet, it's always so that there's never not a model of absolute motion,

"never not"? :-D And there *is* no absolute motion: all motion is relative
to some object of reference. For example, you might be sitting comfortably
in your chair right now, and think that you are at rest, but you are moving
at up to 464 m/s around the axis of rotation of Earth, and at ca. 29.8 km/s
around the Sun. You would be only at rest *relative to your chair*.

You don't know what you are babbling about.

There is no such thing except in your imagination.
