   You are way behind the times.   
   Calculating where everything is in the solar system is routinely done   
   these days at several places, taking relativity into acccount.   
   (at JPL for example)   
   It doesn't take a massive supercomputer.   
   And FYI, it doesn't proceed by doing perturbation theory.

   You are way behind the times.   
   Gravitational starlight deflection is a routine correction nowadays   
   that needs to be applied for accurate astrometry.   
   (Hipparcos and GAIA, for example)
