   As far as I know lizzards have no ears (at least no earlobes).   
      
   And human ears also don't look similar to lizzard tails.   
      
   Lets think of: Possibly Trump is actually a lizzard.   
      
   But in that case he had no earlobes and (as far as I know) no red blood.   
      
   A more theoretical possibility would be: he could have had lizzard tails   
   attatched to his head, which were secretly morphed into the shape of   
   human ears.   
      
   But still he would have shot wounds (~four days later), because even   
   lizzards don't recover that fast.
