But you don't have to be an "engineer" to make Reagan-grade "engineer"
   mistakes.

Here's a fellow who doesn't know that in kinematics the physics of a
swivelling two-block linkage is far more complicated than that of a
   block by itself.

In GM, sometimes we needed to use devices like that when anything better
was not available. Many would get the impression, "you just hop on it
and drive forward and backward with an eye on the load behind. Hehe :)

Never worked. They'd invariable lock themselves into a non-recoverable
position, then unmounted their asses and asked for help from those who
knew better. "I need a heavy ass forklift to lift the whole damn thing
up and place it somewhere with room around it!" They'd ask :)

Learning to drive a swivelling two-block vehicle has its own unique
learning curve. It is just like learning to ride a bicycle for the first
time. You're not endowed with it just because you're "American."

   Hahhahhah :)

You have no idea in what strange situations they'd trap themselves
inside large industrial elevators, blocking the flow of traffic to other
levels for hours. In GM _seconds_ were super critical, let alone hours.
The loss of money was staggering.
