I think perhaps ages       ago, human found out that it takes 7 days for some difficult thoughts       and calculations to mature. How else could the concept of a week form?              So it must have to do with human brain and humans found it out a long,       long time ago. Even when they deliberately tried to change it, it never       worked!.. Soviets changed it to a 10 day period for a while, thinking       since communism is based on their own dicks, then such concepts as a       week can only be based on cro-magnons' dicks.              And it didn't work!. Week toughed out through even communism dickeries :)              It might have to do with the amount of REM we have in 7 days of nigh       sleeps. Those are the hours where inputs consolidate anyway. There might       be an interesting study of this. I wish some Bozo here has stumbled on       it and can cite it.              --- SoupGate-DOS v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
