XPost: sci.physics.relativity, sci.math       From: physfitfreak@gmail.com              One of the major decision makers in Iran today said, "If Americans know       how to negotiate, let them negotiate with the Yemenis." Hehehe :)              Hehe :) There's a lot of say in that.. Insight as well as facts about       future.                     AI activity and development has sped up dramatically in Iran since just       last year. Iran's versions of it claim to have been under continual       improvements compared to the free Chinese ones. This will speed up some       aspects of getting just about anything done. It is a huge time saver.              One of the reasons the explosion could happen in Iran's Persian Gulf       port was the lack of AI systems to do the bulk of near-manual red tape,       and they've immediately begun implementing new systems that enjoy       specially made AI to create ample time to analyze dangerous movements       and placements of goods, intended or unintended, and bringing down wait       time of the goods before they are shipped away throughout Iran.              The enemy took advantage of the lack of such systems to plan the explosion.              Every port now, at Persian Gulf and Sea of Omman and the Caspian Sea,       all, are rapidly getting equipped with such management tools. They're       even impeaching the minister of roads (she is in charge of the ports as       well) for not doing this months back, cause the systems were at hand for       making such important improvements when she became minister. She didn't       move fast enough.                     The equivalent concept of "food stamp" in here, is now fully tested in       Iran and has just been implemented for every Iranian living too close or       under the poverty level. The cards' buying power automatically increase       as inflation makes prices to go up.              Food has always been subsidized in Iran by the government, based on food       items and not the level of individuals' income, but that system always       created fraud between companies receiving subsidies and the government.              By introduction of food stamps, the problem of fraud will literally       disappear, and only those eligible will enjoy the help, not everybody       rich and poor.              It was due a long time ago (in Shah's time in fact) but I guess had to       wait till today's Iran where computerized control can be easily and       quickly created in handling complex situations in extremely large volumes.                     They've also got time now to deal with Brain-Drain problem!.. It will       get harder and harder, very soon, and much faster than before, to get       all the help that government provides for students in obtaining advanced       degrees, and ending up losing them to other countries. In a smaller       scale this effort began about 20 years back, but things have sped up       dramatically now.              USA stopped being the main recipient of these expert Iranians already       decades back, thanks to USA's own nature changing to that of a Nazi       state. Even my generation literally met a Nazi state that resented       making use of us.              But problem with Canada and France and Germany and to some extent       Britain continued and continues. They've kept absorbing many of these       experts for their own uses, and recently China and Russia also have been       added to the list.              But the case for China and Russia is not a total loss because dual       citizens in the two countries is something Iran needs right now. But as       soon as the numbers get there and the niche is saturated, these two       countries also will see difficulty in absorbing Iranian experts.              Iran can start that control today because situation for experts       themselves has totally changed inside Iran. For the first time, every       one of them is needed inside, complete with nice salaries and ample room       to advance themselves. This is a new reality in Iran, only about 10       years or even less old. Unfortunately it has not become widespread       enough yet to cover everybody, expert or not. But that day will come too.              --- SoupGate-DOS v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
