   Fourth round of "negotiations" ended. Result: nothing yet.   
      
   Both sides are now taking the newly discussed matters home to present to   
   their respective governments, then it'll be decided whether a 5th talk   
   is worth made.   
      
   Meanwhile enrichment and much more is underway of course. It will in   
   fact never stop. Trump can go to the Moon, hang upside down, ejaculate   
   into a MAGA hat, and come back down on Earth and sell the hat on eBay,   
   and this enrichment will continue and continue as if nothing happened.   
      
      
   Nuclear tests close enough to targets that can be seen by them! H-bombs.
